being. An organic Almond or Grape Seed oil is

Thai Yoga – combining acupressure, gentle
stretching and applied yoga, Traditional Thai
massage is an ancient healing art that helps

Lomi Lomi
Hawaiin Massage – for centuries
Kahunas, wise spiritual teachers of ancient
Hawaii, worked with a magical form of bodywork
performed with associated healing, unconditional
love, and compassion for the client. Lomi Lomi
is often referred to a ‘loving hands massage’
and works deeply to nurture the body. Our practitioner
uses the forearm, fingers, heel and palm of
the hand in flowing movements over the body
that brings fresh oxygen to every cell. Mental
clarity and physical release are achieved, limiting
beliefs and stale patterns of behavior causing
limitation are said to be done away with.
Shiatsu
-Originating in Japan, this is a relaxing form
of clothed acupressure, which works to balance
the energy, or ‘chi’, that flows
in channels throughout your body. Your practitioner
uses loosening and stretching techniques to
help remove energy blocks, mobilising the body
so that you feel totally relaxed and in tune
within. Cupping can sometimes be incorporated.
Ayurvedic Massage Ayurveda adopts a constitutional
approach in health management based upon the
five elements predominant in a person. Ayurvedic
massage honors the five forms of prana (life
force/energetic principle) by working in specific
