Sarah Conway is the Former head chef of
‘Heartstone’ The legend behind
the idea that ‘naughty’ foods
could be made nice. Sarah has inspired seriously
healthy versions of fry ups, burgers, and
other calorific favorites we love to eat.

Alan
Wichert
Previously executive chef of The Four Seasons,
Quinta do Lago Portugal, Alan is now consultant
chef to luxurious riad Jnane Tamsna Morrocco
and travelling the world cooking for those
interested in a healthier lifestyle. Alan’s
forte is by far presentation and imagination.
Foods without salt, sugar, dairy and wheat
become apetising once more.
A qualified Australian Life Saver and Level
1 Australian Rugby League Coach, Alan has
a keen passion for golf, surfing, sailing,
tennis and cricket. He is an established DJ,
with his own recording studio and record label,
and if anyone, Alan appreciates the value
of being eating to maximise energy and maintain
health.
Travelling from his home in Portugal Alan
makes regular appearances in London to teach
at the yohm Cookery School and provides personal
at home assistance to clients seeking help
with shopping and preparation of the nutrient
dense foods they now like to eat.
Alan is currently working on his own
virtual cook book.
Lauren
Palmer
Lauren has been practising as a specialized
whole food chef for 14 years, and has studied
in London, USA and Europe. Her practice is
based upon the Energetics of Food and Cooking
which emphasizes the use of Natural Organic
Seasonal Whole Foods. In addition, Lauren
utilizes healthier alternatives to sugar,
dairy, meat and wheat.
Lauren is currently working and travelling
with various clients and has a high profile
celebrity list that includes Madonna. Lauren
is also trained in Reiki level I/II and has
a creative background in Fashion and Fine
Art, which she continually pursues and feels
complements her cooking.
