Certification and
Qualifications - Appropriate professional
certification and qualification of all our
practitioners, instructors, technicians, and
therapists is guaranteed for your safety.
Certifications are duly recognised by their
respected and authorised training schools.
All yohm Yoga Instructors have been further
examined by yohm for your unlimited protection.
Professional Indemnity
- All yohm Yoga, Pilates and or fitness Technicians
as well as all yohm therapists and practitioners,
are comprehensively insured for your protection
and safety up to the individual and certain
amount of 5 million pounds each.
Cancellation Fee-
We are committed to putting aside a convenient
time for you and being there to meet you according
to the appointment time. Therefore we ask
that as a matter of respect and courtesy 24
hours notice be given in the event that your
appointment needs to be changed. Failure to
keep appointments deprives other clients of
your time slot and prevents us from running
an efficient service.
A cancellation fee
of the full amount paid will apply. We repeat
a cancellation fee of the full amount is enforceable
and will apply.
Punctuality- We respect
your time is valuable and therefore we endeavour
to run to schedule so that your yohm class
will achieve results. Please do not compromise
this time given to yourself. Should one of
our instructors compromise your time please
be sure and let us know ASAP via our online

Payment- yohm’s
secure online payment facility is currently
under construction. In the interim yohm accepts
credit card by phone
, cash, postal
orders or cheques made payable to ‘yohm’,

Your responsibility
for your Safety:
*Yoga is a surrendering of the ego and a surrendering
of the self. There is no competition it is
not a sport. This is your unique body working
through movement together with the breath
and mind, at its own pace.
In time and with more and more classes your
practice will excitingly expand. We hope that
once you have enjoyed one yohm class you will
enjoy many more. Therefore, your yohm Technician
has been specifically instructed not to engage
your body in a variety of specific poses i.e.
headstand, without a signed letter or instruction
from your chiropractor acknowledging it is
safe for your body to undergo such postures.
Please respect your yohm Technician and your
physiology by not attempting to self bind
into an irreversible pretzel or dance like
an upside down bean pole upon your head, showing
off, as you move your legs merrily to the
rhythm of ‘the black eyed peas’.

Your legal
responsibility
Please note that each practitioner, technician,
therapist, trainer, etc
associated with yohm has freely signed a legal
agreement with us. This agreement stipulates
that they will not enter into agreement or
accept individual payment for services direct
from clients/persons introduced to them by
yohm, nor patrons, nor partners of yohm. We
ask for this reason that you do not enter
into contracts of your own with our technicians
and or practitioners. This may force them
into a compromising situation, a possible
breech of contract, disassociation from further
opportunity to work with yohm, and a breaking
of the law. In a dishonest world, we’ve
founded yohm on values of honesty and integrity.
We appreciate your doing all you can to work
alongside us to uphold a standard we strive
hard for.
Important
yohm is not a religion, faith nor cult, (disappointed
as we often are.) yohm is irrespective of
all spiritual and religious beliefs. We embrace
and respect all of yours and encourage all
to believe in at least something or someone.
